I will admit openly that Lara’s 10D is more than half of the reason I went looking for a comparable unit. I aspire to 1/10 of her talent at the pinnacle of my photography self-education.

Kitties over other peoples kids, understandable to say the least.

Yeah, she is a cute one. Even when she needs a shower and her hair brushed after a long day of terrorizing the neighborhood boys and playing on the WiiSki.

I LOVE my new camera. LOVE IT. I couldn’t recommend anything more than a chance to make some great memories permanent.

As for Moe, I’d be worried about him, but bear in mind that he COMES BACK to her the instant she puts him down. No matter how mauled he gets, no matter how much he doesn’t want to be scooped onto his back like a baby, he still comes back to her for more. Never complains, never acts out…just lays there like he’s made out of furry cat-putty.

In fact, now that she’s stopped dressing him in doll clothes, he seems much happier in general. He never really though pink gingham was his best look.

Your daughter is beautiful and that is a great shot, photographically speaking. I have a cannon too, the rebel I think! You are so right about the lenses, I spent a fortune and still don’t have the correct one, honestly I get so confused. I need a wide angle and macro. Great post BTW I loved reading it!
