Wow - I know nothing about music. LOL I did get a couple: 4. John Mayer - Why Georgia - Yep. 5. Alanis Morisette - Don't know song Half way there... 12. Snow Patrol - Chasing Cars - Yep again. Great Meme! I recognize the classical/mystery songs, but I have noooo clue of the title and composer!! You were FAR from the only one who couldn't place the obscure classical music.

i know... i'm caught in a difficult position. i don't want to be one of those "i liked him before anyone else" douchebags, but... Yeah, same boat, rowing an oar right here next to you. i blame radio and mtv and the E network and jessica simpson (who i dont even dislike that much) and jennifer aniston (who i also dont dislike that much) and the fact that a pot smoking man-whore gets so much media attention for his personal life instead of his talent. At first I was like, "man-whore"...wow, that's harsh...but then I was like, yeah, that's pretty much it. so yeah, i guess it's not his fault. :) I blame really hot women who fall all over him. Because, you know, no one else blames them for anything...

AWWWW…he’s not that bad! Why does everyone flick him so much crap???

Sure, he’s more self-aggrandized then he was a few years ago…but it’s nothing compared to half the rap/hip-hop/dance music artists that MTV creates and discards in a week.

Besides, he did kinda re-invigorate trio-jazz into the mainstream. For better or worse, that’s quite an accomplishment.

Yep, people have beaten me to the ones I knew as well. I may do a forehead slap when the answers are printed, but for now I’m stuck.

I was so excited I actually knew some but then everyone already guessed the ones I knew. Can’t wait for the answers to the rest.

When everyone else was playing I either got lucky and knew the obscure ones (LD,TB), or I TOTALLY bombed out on the ones I should have known (2LD).

#4 is John Mayer "Why Georgia" Correct! #8 is Aerosmith "Dream On" Correct! #9 is Pearl Jam "Jeremy" Correct! #12 is "Chasing Cars" by Snow Patrol Correct! ...and the rest I'd have to look up.

Hmmm...let's see what I can get that hasn't been claimed already. #1 is Sarah McLachlan, 'Silence' Correct, although you only get half points for the Artist. It's actually Delerium featuring Sarah on the vocal for that song. #6 sounds like Mozart or Handel, but not sure which one! Wrong and Wrong #12 is 'Chasing Cars'! Snow Patrol of course. Very Correct! #19 is the ever awesome, Tori Amos. I believe that's 'Silence All These Years". Still my favorite album of hers. Again, Correct! (and my favorite album of hers too.)

I guess I need to listen to the radio more...I could only get 4, and one of those is a guess. 5 - Alanis Morrisette - You're Correct on the Aritst, Song? 9 - Pearl Jam - Yep, 2LazyDogs beat you to it. :-) 12 - Snow Patrol? - Very good! You're Correct on the Aritst... 18 - Jack Johnson - Yep, again, 2LazyDogs beat you to it. :-) I will say that most of my stuff hasn't been on the radio in about a decade (at a minimum). Only three or four are reasonably contemporary.
